Can I see the same GP?
We understand the importance of providing continuity of care for our patients, as it is crucial for ensuring safe and effective primary care. Even though, we have a multiskilled GP team, when you registered with myGP of our practice, you will have a preferred GP who will oversee the majority of your healthcare needs and serve as your primary point of contact.

What happens if my private GP isn’t available?
To ensure you receive continuity of care, you will always have the option to book with your preferred GP. While there may be instances when your preferred GP is unavailable or when you prefer to consult with a different GP for specific concerns, please be assured that the entire team is well-informed about your health and uphold the clinic’s values.

Are appointments face to face?
Yes, all our appointments are offered as face to face with your GP, however you also have access to your private GP via telephone or secure video link if more convenient.

How fast can I get an appointment?
In cases of urgent acute issues, we offer same day appointments when you register with us.

Do I need to leave my NHS practice?
No, we advise all private patients to stay registered with their NHS GP practice, as you are still entitled to all of your NHS services, such as prescriptions, referrals and treatments. With consent, we can share information with your NHS GP to ensure continuity of care.

Are there any age restrictions?
Nope, we happily welcome all ages should we have places available at the time.

I have a number of existing health problems; will this affect my registration with you?
Absolutely not. We are happy for you to join our service, whatever your pre-existing health problems. Our GP’s are here to manage any existing or prolonged conditions you may have.

Can you refer me through my health insurance?
Of course, we can refer you through your health insurance for any specialist consultations and/or diagnostics you may need. Our concierge team can provide you with a list of secondary care specialists and facilities that are tried and trusted partners of myGP.
